1. There is no chance for J-10 against SU-30. Su-30 is better, stronged, better-armed and lot more quality aircraft. J-10 has slightly better thrust-to-weight ratio but that is not important because SU-30 is of top three maneuverable aircraft. Also Russian Vympel AAM missile is better than Chinese PL-12.
2. In dogfight Su-30 is lot better, use better AAM medium range missiles and has better maneuverability. J-10 is one of worst aircraft of 4th generation.
3. Sukhoi is lot bigger so it is easier to hit. PL-12 is good as Vympel, or even better because it has better agility and can hit easilly large targets like Su-30…
